Terms of enrollment

 1.  If you complete and send in this form you subscribe for the course and an obligation to pay the course fee comes into being.
 2.  The course fee can either be transferred to the bank account of the Amsterdam Language Centre or be paid in cash before the first class.
3.  Cancellation is free until two weeks before the course starts. After this period we charge administrative costs. If you cancel in the last five days before the course starts, the entire course fee is due.
